MOVING ELEMENT 01
I created a 'dome' above the gallery space that can move up and down to create different views from the gallery and the studios, office spaces and workshops below. Two large, triangular windows slice the corners of the dome off to draw light into the building and warp, restrict and expose this light as the dome moves.
MOVING ELEMENT 02
In the library, I created a set of walls that can be folded away to divide the library into public and private spaces. These walls impact the view of the large tree in the centre of the bridge. Light still enters all areas of the library through the angled glass roof, despite the folding walls.
